WHAT ARE THE RATES & HOW IS PAYMENT COLLECTED?

At Clinically Handy, we provide Medical Virtual Assistant services at a highly reasonable hourly rate. This fee is comprehensive and covers all expenses, eliminating the need for any hidden or setup fees. The hourly rate is fixed, and clients are charged twice a month for the services rendered in the preceding two weeks. All payments are to be made directly to our accounts and not to virtual assistants.

HOW IS THE HEALTHCARE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MONITORED?

Our healthcare virtual assistants' time is meticulously tracked and monitored through an online time tracking software that records their mouse and keyboard movements and activities. Rest assured that the time tracking system only records the duration of the direct work they perform for you and does not account for breaks as per your schedule.You have the flexibility to set a weekly schedule with your healthcare virtual assistant, specifying the exact start and end times for their availability, and they will be there for you accordingly.

HAVING CONCERNS ABOUT HEALTH PRIVACY AND PATIENT INFORMATION?

We prioritize patient privacy and require all employees to uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy laws. Our healthcare virtual assistants receive training, undergo background checks, and follow privacy regulations. Clients may require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with their virtual assistant, but we don't need to sign one. To grant access to EMR, clients can provide a limited username and password or set up a computer with remote access.

WILL YOU WORK WITH THE SAME PERSON EVERYDAY?

As a fully dedicated members of your practice, your Medical Virtual Assistants are hired to work exclusively with you. Think of them as your own employees, as they will be the same person working with you every day. This consistent partnership between the Virtual Assistant and the doctor/in-house staff allows for a stronger work relationship to be established and enables the Virtual Assistant to become a master of the practice workflow.
